Vau de Puits (local dialect for the valley of the wells) is a single vineyard Pinot Noir from the back hills of Chitry. Since he was a kid, Olivier especially enjoyed this small valley at the end of a dirt road, and when he had a chance to buy the vineyard and adjacent land he didn't think twice. Part of the cuvée comes from old vines, and the rest is from an adjacent vineyard that Olivier planted.
