Extra Virgin Olive Oil Moulin des Ombres

Notes from Château de Montfrin: This is an oil with aromas of green apple and freshly cut hay. The mouth is rich, and the bitterness and intensity are well balanced. ‘Moulin des Ombres’ is the most aromatic of our oils. ‘Moulin des Ombres’ is developed from the varieties of Kappa (Greek origin) and Rosciola (Marche region of Italy). Thanks to this blend, we are able to maintain a similar quality from year to year.
