Extra Virgin Olive Oil Petit Château

Notes from Château de Montfrin: This is highly pungent oil with fresh almond and artichoke aromas. The mouthfeel is full with a bit of bitterness. Petit Château is our most pungent oil. Petit Château is made from the varieties of Coratina, Petit Ribier, and Calian. The first is of Tuscan origin and the two others are from Provence. Thanks to this blend we are able to maintain a similar quality from year to year.
