Irancy is to red what Chitry is to white: a beautiful natural amphitheatre of vines that produces excellent under the radar Burgundy. The vineyard of Irancy is planted exclusively to red grapes, and is locally known as the best terroir for Pinot Noir. Each year, Olivier visits a friend in Irancy who farms with the same natural vision but sells off his production to négoce. Each year they get together for a tasting and Olivier selects the best lots of Pinot Noir for elevage in Morin's cellar in Chitry.
