Typical of the Marne Valley, Rue du Sorbier is dominated by 80% Pinot Meunier, with 20% Pinot Noir, and 5% Chardonnay. Levasseur was the first producer in Champagne to obtain 3 sustainable certifications - HVA (Haute Valeur Environmentale), Terra Vitis, and Viticulture Durable.
