Each year, Baptiste takes a bit of the grapes from his Charentay vineyard and ages them in barrel, which becomes the micro-cuvée 'Plein L'Fût,' which means full barrel.

Semi-carbonic cold fermentation with native years in concrete tanks. Grapes are refrigerated and left to macerate in concrete tanks. After press, the juice is cooled to 12-15ºC.
