Menetou-Salon is often seen as the "little brother" to Sancerre. In the 2010, Jean-Marie and François Cherrier took over a ten hectare property in Menetou-Salon and began applying their géo-biology philosophy to the farming and winemaking. The results are great value bottles of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir that are the perfect antidote to an empty glass.
