The single vineyard "Les Rivoires" lies in the plains at the border between Tournon and Mauves, just below the lieu-dit Saint Joseph. After taking a break from the vines for a few years to care for twin baby daughters, Nancy yearned to return to the vines and found an opportunity to farm this parcel by herself as a way to reconnect with the vines and make her own wine. It has been farmed organically since the start, vinified mostly whole-cluster in stainless steel and aged in barrel for 15 months.
