“Folle Envie was inspired by an old recipe from Zilda, my extravagant great-grandmother who ran a country store and mixed up this homemade drink to share with her neighbors and customers every Saturday afternoon. Using a base of organic white grapes from the Southwest flavored with homemade cardamom and lemon peel extracts, Folle Envie is a delicious low-alcohol aperitif on its own, and we love it even more mixed with Archibald tonic and served over ice to make a delicious, refreshing, and easy cocktail.
