Notes from Bernard Bohn on the personality of this orange wine: "I unveil myself through a wild nature in a complex and surprising aromatic palate. I start with notes of griotte cherries and pomelos. Once aerated, I open myself to bitter orange chutney, and caramel sustained with my tannins and the finest acidity. I can be paired with tapas, flavored gambas, or couscous." The wines labeled "Par Nathur" are vinified and bottled entirely without SO2. Nathur is an amalgam of nature (as in vin nature) and Arthur (Bernard's son, who has pushed for sans soufre vinification.)
