Corbières Campana Blanc
Château Beauregard-Mirouze

Type
White Wine
Appellation
Corbieres
Variety
1/3 Marsanne, 1/3 Roussane, 1/3 Vermentino
Campana is the Mirouze take on a "classic" Corbières, albeit farmed biodynamically with sheep grazing in the vineyards. The name Campana means 'Bell' in Occitan, but is also a reference to 'campagne', or countryside. The white is a blend of 1/3 Marsanne, 1/3 Roussane et 1/3 Vermentino, aged in stainless steel tanks that makes a fresh, surprisingly zippy white due to the high elevation of the vineyards.
