Campana is the Mirouze take on a "classic" Corbières, albeit farmed biodynamically with sheep grazing in the vineyards. The name Campana means 'Bell' in Occitan, but is also a reference to 'campagne', or countryside. The rosé is a blend of 1/3 Syrah, 1/3 Cinsault et 1/3 Grenache, vinified with a short maceration with native yeast and no added sulfites.
