90% Pinot Noir10% Gamay
Even though the vineyards of the Chatillonais are famous for sparkling wine, as they are so close to Champagne, Jeanne Piollot was quickly entranced by the potential to produce great still wines from these vineyards which are, after all, in Burgundy. The Terre de Sienne is a field blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Gamay from the red marl terroir, vinified on site with a light touch and an exceptional result.
