The domaine Emile & Rose has always been interested in working with indigenous varieties. The white wines are made from Grenache Blanc and Carignan Blanc, both of which are native to the Mediterranean basin, and they are fortunate to have hillside vines dating back to the 1920s to produce these unique whites.
