The vineyards of Molesme are well known for producing excellent sparkling wines, as they are located so close to the border of Champagne. Jeanne Piollot and her partner Gennaro de Niccoli use the organic farming know-how they learned working at Jeanne's family domaine in Champagne combined with a passion for natural wines they developed tasting with a new generation of winemakers across France to craft these exceptional sparkling wines.
