Named after Yann Bertrand's first child, the Cuvée Emile is produced only in exceptional years from the oldest vines at the domaine. Vinification and elevage is the same as with the cuvée Vieilles Vignes, and the rare Cuvée Emile is also held back at least an additional year before release (sometimes longer).
