The Fleurie Vieilles Vignes comes from vines that are over 60 years old. This cuvée is aged for longer in used barrels, then held back for an additional year before release. Like everything at the domaine, this wine is naturally vinified without any added yeast or SO2.

Elevage7 to 8 months; 80% in 225 liter barrels, 20% in 600 liter demi-muids. Racked and bottled at the property without filtration or added sulfites and in harmony with the lunar cycle. Minimum 10 months bottle aging before release
