Located in the commune of Comblanchien, in the lieu-dit Aux Vignottes, the vines grow on clay-limestone soils. The grapes were harvested and carefully sorted by hand.
Vine ageOver 60 years old.
Vinification
The grapes were vinified in whole clusters without additives or sulfur. After a few days of carbonic maceration, they were very lightly crushed. Vatting lasted two weeks.
ElevageThe wine was aged for 18 months in 3-4 year old 228L and 500L barrels with no intervention.
