The wines are all naturally vinified with a light touch and minimal added sulfur. Blouze (pronounced Blues), is a mashup of Blanc and Mirouze. The wine itself is a blend of Viognier and Grenache Blanc, vinified with minimal extraction and and lots of vivacity. "
