2019 was Jacob's first harvest of his newly reclaimed vines in Augea, a village near Revermont in the southern part of the Jura. The parcel is 3.5 hectares total, with 0.60 ha planted to Poulsard.

Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are 80% destemmed, 20% whole cluster. They are left to settle for one night, then racked once, and put into 500L or 600L demi-muids, with a few 228L barrels
ElevageThe wine is aged for 10 to 11 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered and with no added SO2
