Champagne Vadin-Plateau
Vadin-Plateau

Founded in 1785, Domain Vadin Plateau is located amongst the terroirs of five neighboring villages: Ay, Damery, Champillon, Hautvillers, and Cumières, where the winery is located.
The 7 hectare domain began converting to organic viticulture in 2012, but has avoided using herbicides for over twenty years now.
The wines produced at the domain are crafted to be both very typical of the region while remaining highly personal and having an individual identity.
Renaissance is a 100% Pinot Meunier, the emblematic grape of Cumières. In addition to the two non vintage cuvées Renaissance and Intuition, Vadin Plateau also produces a range of single vintage parcellaire wines, which reflect the different terroirs of the domaine.
These are always vintage dated and disgorged with no dosage. The cuvées from Cumières and Hautvillers were released first in 2018, followed by a grand cru in Avize.
These Champagnes are dynamic, precise, harmonious, and above all, an exciting evolution for both the domain and the village of Cumières.
